Vastu Tips: According to Vastu Shastra, eating food is a sacred act in Indian culture. Food gives energy to body and mind. Energy remains in the body so that the person can fulfill his responsibilities and do daily work. It is said in Vastu Shastra that it is best if one eats food while sitting on the ground. But if you make a mistake while eating food while sitting on the floor, it ruins your life. According to Vastu Shastra, one should not wear shoes or slippers while eating food while sitting on the ground. Eating food wearing shoes increases negative energy and harms both wealth and health. Apart from this, the bacteria and dust present in the shoes get mixed with the food and also contaminate the food due to which the food gets spoiled.

Do not wear slippers at this place even by mistake

Apart from food, Vaastu Shastra also mentions some places where shoes and slippers should never be worn. If you roam around this place wearing shoes and slippers then you become a participant in sin.

River

In Indian culture, river is considered life giver. Shoes should be taken off while entering the river as it pollutes the water and makes you feel guilty.

warehouse

According to Vastu Shastra, wearing shoes and slippers is prohibited even in the house where grains are kept, i.e. in the storehouse. Doing this angers Annapurna and leads to loss of health and wealth.

Devasthanam

One should not enter any temple or other place of worship wearing shoes and slippers. Doing this insults the Gods and Goddesses and increases suffering in your life.

against the safe

It is said in Vastu Shastra that you should not go to the place where you keep money, including the safe or cupboard, even by mistake, wearing shoes and slippers. Goddess Lakshmi resides at such a place and wearing slippers is an insult to Goddess Lakshmi.

kitchen

After the place of worship, the kitchen is the most sacred place in the house. Food is available from the kitchen, hence one should not go to this holy place wearing slippers.
