Bhopal, 4 May (HS). BRICS Games are being org.zed in Kazan city of Russia from 12 to 23 June 2024. 300 talented players from all over the world will showcase their sporting talent in the competition. The 12-member Indian team participating in the competition includes six players from Madhya Pradesh State Sports Academy. Academy chief trainer Dalbir Singh Rathore has also been appointed as the trainer of the Indian women’s rowing team.

The Indian team will leave for Russia from Hyderabad on 11 June 2024. All the players are training under the guidance of Arjun Awardee, coach Dalbir Singh. The players have been selected from the 41st Senior National Competition, Pune.
