Nitin Kamath, founder of fintech company Zerodha, who was struggling with the shock of his father’s death, suffered a mild stroke 6 weeks ago. Sharing his information on Twitter, he said that in recent times he was suffering from poor sleep, fatigue, dehydration and workload, which led to the stroke. Not only this, Nitin Kamath’s stroke also affected his face. He could neither read nor write properly. However, now his health has started improving.

According to Nitin Kamath’s post, he suddenly suffered a mild stroke about 6 weeks ago. Father’s death, poor sleep, fatigue, dehydration and overwork, any of these can be possible causes of stroke. A large part of my face was paralyzed, due to which I could neither read nor write. Right now it has a mild effect, but I can read and write.

Complete recovery will be done in 6 months

Nitin Kamath said, earlier I was absent minded but now I am able to think and understand many things. It will take 3 to 6 months for me to recover completely.

 

 

 

Shocked by stroke despite being fit

Nitin Kamath has also expressed surprise at his stroke. He wrote, I wonder how someone like me, who is fit and takes care of himself, fell victim to this. Doctors say I will have to know about it when I recover a bit. I’m a little broke, but somehow completing my calculations on the treadmill.
