Material

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 grams rava
  • Try 2 Tbsp
  • 1 handful baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil to taste
  • 1 tbsp ghee (for lips)
  • Oil for frying.

Method

First heat the oil in a pan and then let it cool. Sieve mendo and rava together. Add flour, salt, baking powder and two-three spoons of oil to it and knead a hard dough with freshly boiled water. Take a thick ball of it and apply it on the thick end two-three times with oiled hand and make a ball again. After this, make a small dough and knead it into a thick dough. Press this poori between the thumbs. Similarly, mix all the puris and then fry them in hot oil and enjoy the taste of delicious puris.
