The Supreme Court had asked the ED that if the Aam Aadmi Party is the main culprit in this case, can they continue the proceedings against Kejriwal till the legal proceedings are initiated against the party? On the petition of CM Kejriwal, the court said that if the hearing takes more time then we can consider granting interim bail to Kejriwal because Lok Sabha elections are near in Delhi.
