Ranchi, 27 April (HS). Sushila Kujur, wife of W Kujur, the main accused in the murder case of builder cum land businessman Kamal Bhushan’s accountant Sanjay Kumar, filed a bail plea on Saturday in the court of Additional Justice MC Jha. The court has fixed April 29 as the date of hearing in the case.
It is alleged that accountant Sanjay Kumar was murdered by conspiring at the behest of W Kujur and Rahul Kujur. On July 5, 2023, shooters shot dead accountant Sanjay Kumar while returning home from office. SIT was formed after this murder incident.
In the case, an FIR was lodged in Sukhdev Nagar police station under case number 269/2023 against 11 accused including W Kujur, his wife Sushila Kujur and son Rahul Kujur. All the accused in the case are in jail. The bail plea of case accused W Kujur, his brother Chhotu Kujur and son Rahul Kujur has been rejected by the court.
