Shimla, 29 April (HS). A two-day national seminar on “Vedic Knowledge for Cosmic Harmony” began on Monday at the Indian Institute of Higher Studies, Shimla. The inaugural session of the seminar was attended by Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan as the chief guest. The objective of this seminar is to discuss the deeper insights of Vedic knowledge and their relevance in promoting cosmic harmony.

In this two-day seminar, renowned scholars from across the country are participating in deep ideological discussions. It is being org.zed under the aegis of Universal Veda Research Institute Thiruvannamalai Tamil Nadu and Santhigiri Research Foundation Thiruvannamalai Kerala.

In the seminar on the first day, views were expressed by experts on the holistic, holistic and spiritual view of reality presented by Vedic knowledge. It was discussed that the ancient teachings can guide us towards a more harmonious lifestyle.

Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that Vedic thinking not only gives equality to human beings but gives equality to every living soul and teaches to adopt the truth. He said that in Vedic thinking, all are equal and all are Brahma, hence there is no minority and majority. He stressed the need to incorporate Vedic traditions into practice for world peace and harmony.

He linked Vedic knowledge to conflict resolution and personal development and said that an integrated personality is one of its highest achievements.

Highlighting the holistic nature of Vedic knowledge, Arif Mohammad Khan said that the relevance of Vedic knowledge is characterized by an integral, holistic and spiritual view of reality and a way of life based on it. It advocates the fundamental unity of all existence, .mate and in.mate. This is a grand Vedic vision, and it aligns with the call of the Rig Veda to bring great ideas from across the universe into our contemplation.
