To make this, soak gram dal overnight. – Now knead the rice flour and then add ginger, garlic, green chilli and green coriander to the soaked lentils.

– After this add asafoetida and salt and grind it. Make balls of kneaded rice flour. – Now roll it into a slightly thick puri shape.

Keep the gram dal on one side and pick up the puri from the other side and place it over the dal.

If you want, you can close it like a glove or leave it open.

– Then heat water in the vessel. – Apply a little oil in a plate with holes and spread the prepared mixture on it.

Place it over a pot of hot water and cover it. The steam will cook the fries.

Enjoy delicious fries with green coriander and chilli chutney.

Baffori

To make this, first grind soaked lentils with garlic, green chillies and green coriander and make a thick masala-like paste.

Don’t forget to add salt and turmeric in it. – Then apply oil in a plate with holes and place a piece of prepared masala on it.

Cook it by steam method only. This recipe is nutritious in every way and even people suffering from BP or diabetes can eat it without any hesitation.

Dal Pakora

Dal Pakora is another delicious non-fried dish that tastes amazing.

To make this, grind soaked gram well with ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Then add finely chopped onion and green coriander, salt and turmeric.

– Now add one drop of oil in all the molds of API maker. Put one to two spoons of gram dal in each mold and cover it.

Delicious dal pakodas are ready. Serve with green chutney.
