Palamu, January 10 (Hindustan Reporter) The meeting of the administration of the org.zing committee to org.ze Hanumant Katha of Bageshwar Dham Dhirendra Shastri government was held on Wednesday. District in-charge DC cum Deputy Development Commissioner Ravi Anand presided over the meeting. District SP Rishma Ramesan, Sadar SDO Anurag Tiwari and other concerned department officials were present in the meeting.
After the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner in charge said that the org.zing committee had incomplete preparations for the event. When information was sought from him on many matters, he could not answer the questions. They have been advised to come to the next meeting after making preparations at every level regarding the event and then a decision will be taken on it.
The Deputy Development Commissioner said that even the report of the Special Branch has not been received yet. After complete preparation of the report and the org.zing committee, there will be a meeting again and the final decision will be taken. The Development Commissioner said that the org.zing committee has been formed in November itself, but till now it does not have any clear preparation regarding the event. The committee should know everything.
The committee members could not justify the plan in the meeting. The meeting proved to be inconclusive as the committee’s preparations for water, food, accommodation and other matters were found to be incomplete. However, org.zing committee convenor Arun Shankar and other key officials were also not present in the meeting.
