Property Details: If you are buying land or house somewhere in Bhopal and you have any doubt in your mind then you can clear it by checking the records. In fact, soon the online property details are being updated for 30 years instead of 18 years. After the implementation of this system, people will not need to maintain a linked registry of land etc. You will also be able to see online the information about when, who and how many times a property was bought and sold in the last 30 years. , According to the Registration Department, till now online details of property from the year 2005 to 2023 are available. Previous manual searches date back to 1994, but this is also being done online. Till now, people had to go to the record rooms located in 12 offices of the District Registration Department for property information. Here you will have to pay Rs 50 for the year in which you want to search for property. In the new system, people will be able to get property reports on their system or mobile while sitting at home. For which a fee of Rs 50 will be charged. In this way, fraud in buying and selling of land or house can also be curbed.

Manual registry will be digitalized

According to the Registration Department official, all manual registries from 2000 to 2015 will be digital. By doing e-registry, all the land records can be collected. After the implementation of the Registration Act in 2015, for the first time it was said that manual registration would be stopped. Only after this the registry was removed from manual and made digital. But since all the documents before 2015 have not been restored, now all the documents from 2000 to 2015 are being stored digitally. About four lakh registries of Bhopal are included in these documents. Apart from this, registries are also being digitalized for other places of the state like Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior.

You can view property report on mobile

There are many benefits of making the registry digital. Like now you can easily get all the property information on your phone sitting at home. For which you will have to pay a fee of only Rs 50. Apart from this, you can also avoid fraud. Time is also saved. There is no need to wait for hours while registering. Senior District Registrar Swapnesh Sharma said that by digitalizing the property data, information about the buyer and the purchase and sale of property can be easily viewed online.
