When a mare gave birth to two mules after making wishes in the house of a Kumbhkar living on Khadan Road in Banmore town of Morena district, 20 km from Gwalior city, the entire family celebrated the Dustha of both the mules with great pomp. The family never celebrated the birth anniversary of their children, but hosted a feast for 300 people for their two mules. Along with this, Pachch was also called for from the in-laws’ side. Swings and toys also came in the back. The cake was cut and bands were also played. This strange event that took place in Banmore town was discussed in the state throughout the day on Thursday.
Sunil Prajapati’s family living on Khand Road runs the business of potter. He had a horse and a mare. He had made a wish to Kashibaba of Behat that the mare would give birth to a mule. This wish of Sunil Prajapati was fulfilled in the month of April. His mare gave birth to two mules, one male and one female. On the fulfillment of his wish after the birth of the mules, Sunil, like a child, org.zed a program to observe them on Wednesday. In which they were named first, in which the male was named Bhola and the female was named Chandni. People were invited for the banquet.
