Fourth win of Mumbai Indians in IPL-2024. With this win, Mumbai Indians team has reached the top of the points table, while Gujarat Titans have reached tenth position. After losing the toss and batting first, Sunrisers Hyderabad managed to score 173 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Mumbai achieved the target by losing 3 wickets in 17.2 overs.

Bad start for Mumbai Indians
Mumbai Indians, who set out to chase the target, also had a bad start. Ishan Kishan became the victim of Marco Jansen after scoring 9 runs. Then captain Rohit Sharma also got out in Cummins’s over after scoring 4 runs. Naman Dheer was caught out in Bhuvneshwar’s over after scoring zero runs in 9 balls. The pair of Suryakumar and Tilak Verma brought victory

Hyderabad batsmen apart from Travis Head
Failing to bat first, Sunrisers Hyderabad needed a partnership of 56 runs for the first wicket. But then the team lost wickets at regular intervals. Abhishek Sharma was out after scoring 11 runs. Mayank Agarwal also returned to the pavilion after scoring only 6 runs. Nitish Reddy contributed 20 runs. Travis Head was out after scoring 48 runs in 30 balls with the help of 7 fours and 1 six.

Heinrich Klaasen became the victim of Piyush Chawla after scoring 2 runs. Marco Janssen scored 17 runs. While Shahbaz Ahmed was out after scoring 10 runs and Abdul Samad was out after scoring 3 runs. Hyderabad lost eight wickets for 136 runs. After this, captain Pat Cummins scored 35 runs in 17 balls with the help of two fours and two sixes, taking the team’s score to 170.
