Manoj Tiwari, BJP candidate from Delhi’s North East Lok Sabha seat, filed the nomination form on Wednesday. The affidavit filed before the Returning Officer has revealed how much property he has. In the election affidavit, his sources of income have been mentioned as singing, acting, bank interest etc.

According to the affidavit given while filling the nomination form, Manoj Tiwari has Rs. 12 crores movable and Rs. Has immovable property worth more than Rs 21 crore. Interestingly, Manoj Tiwari does not have any new car. However, he has 5 old cars including Mercedes Benz, Audi Q7, Innova, Honda City and Fortuner, whose market value is estimated at only Rs 19.50 lakh. But there are 3 vehicles in the name of wife Surbhi Tiwari whose market value is Rs 30,38,667.
Owner of property worth Rs 33 crore
Manoj Tiwari has total movable assets worth Rs 10,50,79,037 and his wife Surbhi Tiwari has movable assets worth Rs 1,21,62,254. Manoj Tiwari’s two daughters, Shanvika Tiwari, have movable assets worth Rs 3,70,000 and Manoj Tiwari has movable assets worth Rs 3,51,000. Including all this, Tiwari has movable assets worth Rs 12,11,21,291. He has immovable property worth Rs. 17.52 crore and wife Surbhi Rs. Owns 3.5 crores. That means the total immovable property of these two is Rs 21.02 crore. If we combine the total movable and immovable properties of Manoj Tiyari, their value would be Rs. Owns property worth more than Rs 33 crore.

Manoj Tiwari and his wife also have agricultural land as immovable property. According to the market value, Manoj Tiwari in Kaimur district of Bihar has Rs. His wife Surabhi has agricultural land worth Rs 1.14 crore in Ghaziabad, UP. Agricultural land worth Rs 2.30 crore. Apart from this, Manoj Tiwari also has barren land worth Rs 2.35 crore in Varanasi, UP. Tiwari also has assets worth crores in the form of commercial buildings, apartments and inheritance/ancestral land. He also owns a bungalow worth Rs 3 crore in Andheri West, Mumbai, which he bought in 2006.
Bought two properties worth Rs 1.20 crore in wife’s name for two consecutive years.
Apart from this, Manoj Tiwari also has assets worth around Rs 11.03 crore in the form of residential houses, apartments and inheritance/ancestral properties. A property was also purchased in 2021 in West Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi, with a market value of Rs 60 lakh, which is shown as joint property with wife Surbhi. In 2022, the freedom fighter bought another property worth Rs 60 lakh from wife Surbhi in Enclave, Neb Sarai, Delhi. According to the affidavit, the wife owns two properties worth a total of Rs 1.20 crore. Both of these were purchased in 2021 and 2022.
How much is the liability?
If we talk about bank loans or other financial liabilities, then a total of Rs 69,18,112 is outstanding. Both of them have outstanding liabilities of Rs 32,53,347. Apart from this Rs. 1,02,76,413 tax revision cases are pending as government dues. Sources of own income are stated as singing, acting, salary, rental income, interest from bank etc. Whereas the honorarium received by the wife as a director in comp.es and interest from the bank have been shown as sources of income. ,
How many bank accounts?
Talking about Manoj Tiwari’s bank accounts, he has a total of 17 accounts in different banks, in which a total of Rs 2,11,32,453 is deposited. Total Rs. Rs 6,50,52,089 as fixed deposits in 8 banks. His wife also has three savings accounts in which Rs 17,72,563 are deposited. All these accounts are in Mumbai.
