Everyone likes the sweetness of sweet corn, especially children, who like its taste very much. Sweet corn is consumed in a variety of ways, such as spicy corn, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, rolls, and pasta. Have you ever eaten this vegetable? Material:

2 cups sweet corn

1 capsicum

2 onions

2 tomatoes

4 green chillies

1/2 cup cream

salt to taste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon vegetable masala

1 teaspoon kasoori methi

1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger

a pinch of asafoetida

1/2 tsp cumin

1 whole red chilli

Method:

-To make this vegetable, you can buy a packet of sweet corn from the market. Both frozen and loose corn will be available.

-If using fresh corn, clean and wash the grains thoroughly.

– Then take onion, tomato, green chilli and ginger. Cut them into big pieces and grind them to make a paste.

-Add fresh cream to the mixer. – Now heat a pan or kadhai on the gas stove and add oil in it.

When the oil is hot, add a pinch of asafoetida, half teaspoon cumin and one whole red chilli. – Then add vegetable paste.

– Now add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Add some water.

-If you want, you can also add chopped capsicum and carrots. – Now add sweet corn to it and let it cook.

– Add vegetable masala and kasoori methi to the gravy. Cook vegetables.

– After cooking, add finely chopped coriander to it and mix well.
