Ranchi, May 10 (Hindustan Reporter) On the instructions of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (Jhalsa), a Pre-Lok Adalat is to be held in Ranchi Civil Court from June 3 to June 7 on behalf of Ranchi District Legal Services Authority for settlement in motor vehicle accident cases.
Also, a special Lok Adalat is to be org.zed on June 8. Regarding its preparations, a meeting was held on Friday under the chairmanship of Ranchi Civil Court Justice Diwakar Pandey with judicial officials, insurance comp.es and other stakeholders. In this, the Justice Commissioner gave instructions in view of the matters related to the Motor Vehicle Accident Act.
He said that to make the upcoming Special Lok Adalat successful, identify as many cases as possible and send notices to the parties, so that the related pending cases can be resolved successfully as per the instructions of Jhalsa.
