Indigo Airlines has started a special initiative for disabled passengers arriving at Delhi Airport. The service has been launched at Indira Gandhi International Airport – Terminal 1, with a newly designed desk dedicated to facilitating check-in for passengers with disabilities.

Indigo Airlines said that the airline has created a special check-in counter at the Delhi airport terminal to assist passengers with disabilities.

More than 20 disabled passengers were deployed

IndiGo has currently deployed more than 20 disabled employees to help passengers at Delhi Airport. For this they have been specially deployed on the desk.

IndiGo said grab bar toilets have been provided inside the aircraft to assist passengers with disabilities.

IndiGo said that IndiGo has taken several measures on its flights to create a more accessible and inclusive world for all. Cabin crew members are trained to assist in the storage and retrieval of carry-on and accessories.
