4. Avoid sunlight

Do not go out in the sun unless absolutely necessary. If necessary, wear cotton and loose and light colored clothes during this period. Apart from this, apply sunscreen on the skin, use hat and glasses.

5. Avoid these beverages

Avoid alcohol, tea and coffee as excessive consumption of these beverages can prove harmful during the summer season.
