Material

Semolina – 1 bowl

Capsicum – 1

Green chilli chopped – 5

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Kasoori Methi – 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves – 20

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp

Mustard – 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

Powder – 1 teaspoon

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

Desi Ghee – 1/2 bowl

Salt – as per taste

– Take semolina, put it in the pan and fry it lightly.

– After this, take it out in a bowl and keep it aside.

– Now take curry leaves, green chillies and capsicum and cut them into fine pieces.

Then add ghee in the pan and keep it on low flame.

– When ghee melts, you have to add mustard, cumin and asafoetida in it.

– After this add capsicum, green chilli and curry leaves.

– When they are cooked, after some time add coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, turmeric and other spices and fry for 2 minutes.

– After this, add roasted semolina to this mixture of spices. After this, mix it well with the help of a spoon.

– After cooking for a minute, add 4 bowls of water to it and cook until the halwa starts releasing ghee.

– After this turn off the gas. Semolina salty halwa is ready. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve.
