Weather of Gujarat: According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain in some districts of the state. Due to the system being active near South Pakistan and Kutch, there may be heavy to very heavy rains.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rain in Surat, Dang, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad of South Gujarat, Vadodara, Dahod, Panchmahal, Banaskantha of Central Gujarat. Light rain is also expected in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
According to IMD, there will also be thunderstorm activity in Saurashtra with a speed of 40 km per hour. According to the Meteorological Department, the cyclonic circulation currently formed in the Bay of Bengal will now turn into a low pressure area. Later, it will bring rain at some places in Gujarat.
Let us tell you that till now Gujarat has received 115.5 percent rainfall. There is still forecast of heavy rain. According to meteorologist Ambalal Patel, a new monsoon system will form in the state which will bring rain in some parts of Saurashtra by 27 and 28 September. Besides, there may be rain in West-North Saurashtra and Kutch also.
Talking about the temperature, according to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, today the temperature is likely to be 30 degrees in Ahmedabad, Amreli, Botad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Panchmahal. Whereas in the districts including Devbhoomi Dwarka, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Mahisagar, Narmada, Navsari, Porbandar, the temperature is likely to be 31 degrees. Also, there is a possibility of temperature of 29 degrees in Banaskantha, Gir Somnath, Kutch, Rajkot.
