The participation of aunt and uncle in the wedding is considered to be the end of the 8 year old uncle-niece dispute. All the differences have been resolved from Mam.’s side but Mamai Sunita’s absence has come to everyone’s attention. The dispute started eight years ago after a fight between Krishna’s wife Kashmera Shah and Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja, which later escalated and led to a rift in the relationship. When uncle Govinda attended Aarti’s wedding, Kashmira touched his feet and apologized.
As soon as Kashmiri Shah came in front of Govinda, he forgot his anger and expressed his love to the world. Speaking about the absence of her aunt Sunita at the wedding, Kashmira described her mother-in-law as an ‘alpha’ woman and said that she knew she would not attend the wedding.
