India is hosting G-20 countries this year. The meeting of top leaders of G20 countries will be held in Delhi from 7 to 11 September. Which includes from US President Joe Biden to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Preparations are in full swing to welcome the leaders of these countries and the delegations accompanying them. Some of the hotels that offer all-inclusive accommodation cost more than Rs 10 lakh for a night’s stay.

More than 3500 rooms have been booked in luxury hotels of Delhi-NCR for the stay of top leaders and delegation members from G20 countries. Which includes presidential suites to luxury rooms. At the same time, preparations are on to convert Delhi into an impregnable fort for the event.

Which leader will be where?

According to media reports, US President Joe Biden will be a guest at ITC Maurya. When Barack Obama came to India, he also stayed in this hotel. Taj Palace is in the neighborhood of this hotel. Chinese President Xi Jinping will stay in this hotel during his visit to India. Accommodation has been arranged for the Brazilian delegation in this hotel.

The Russian and Turkish delegations have been accommodated at the Oberoi Hotel in Delhi. while guests from Mauritius, the Netherlands, Nigeria and Spain will be staying at Le Meridien. The Imperial Hotel has provided accommodation for the delegations from Indonesia and Australia. Leaders from Britain and Germany are scheduled to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, while delegations from Italy and Singapore are scheduled to stay at the Hyatt Regency.

The Canadian and Japanese delegations are to stay at the Lalit Hotel in Delhi. The UAE delegation will stay at Taj Mansingh. The guests from Egypt are scheduled to stay at ITC Maurya Sheraton in Saket. Accommodation has been arranged for the Saudi Arabian delegation at The Leela Hotel in Gurugram outside Delhi and for the Korean delegation at the Oberoi Hotel. The Om. delegation is to stay at the Lodhi Hotel.

One night rent is more than 10 lakhs

Presidential suites are usually booked in hotels for the stay of heads of state of other countries. In some of the hotels mentioned above, the rent for a presidential suite is more than Rs 10 lakh. For example, the presidential suite ‘Chanakya’ at ITC Maurya costs Rs 10 to 12 lakh per night and the ‘Tata Suite’ at Taj Palace costs Rs 10 lakh.

Apart from this, the cost of one night stay in Taj Mansingh’s ‘Grand Presidential Suite-Raisina’ also starts from Rs 10 lakh. Apart from this, the rent of ‘Luxury Suite’ in Delhi’s Oberoi starts from Rs 2.5 lakh, while the rent of Presidential Suite in Leela Palace, Gurugram will be Rs 2.10 lakh. Similarly, presidential suites and high luxury rooms in hotels like Shangri-La Hotel, Lalit and Imperial cost between Rs 1 to 2 lakh.
