Kanpur, 05 May (HS). Artem Novobritsky, a Russian student studying at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, returned home on Sunday. Earlier, he was honored in the university and given a certificate of Human Values and Ethics. Expressing happiness, the Vice Chancellor said that Artem Novobritsky is the first international student in our university and will be seen as the brand ambassador of CSJMU in Russia.
Artem Novobritsky, a final year undergraduate student from the Financial University of Russia, came to CSJMU in December 2023 under the Presidential Scholarship of Russia to pursue a certificate course in Human Values and Ethics at Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University. While living in the university campus, he not only studied academic subjects but also participated in various academic and research activities as well as sports activities and represented the university in various conferences and events.
After successfully passing the certificate course, on Sunday, Academic Dean of International Relations and Cooperation Cell of the University, Dr. Vrishti Mitra, Coordinator of International Relations Cell, Dr. Prabhat Dwivedi and Co-ordinator Dr. Rajeev Mishra presented the certificate to student Artem Novobritsky. University Vice-Chancellor Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak congratulated the first international student Artem Novobritsky and wished him a bright future.
Expressing happiness on receiving the certificate, student Artem Novobritsky said that the time spent in Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University will be very memorable for him throughout his life. By coming to this university, he not only gained subject knowledge but also learned a lot from his classmates, other students, teachers etc. He especially liked the facilities like Yoga, Human Values education and various sports activities, gym, swimming pool etc. in this university.
