Kumari Selja assured the SKS delegation to resolve the other demands of the employees through talks including reinstatement of OPS, closure of Agniveer Yojana to ensure raw employees by making a policy. District Secretary of RSS Surjit Dusad said that in the memorandum submitted to Selja, the union has made a policy of regularizing the services of all types of employees and providing equal pay, allowances, facilities and service security, and confirming raw employees on the basis of two years of service. Apart from making, not recruiting temporary employees on sanctioned posts, dissolving the Skill Employment Corporation, not giving work contractors for any type of work, constituting a separate pay commission for each state employee and removing pay discrepancies, old pension There has been a demand to reinstate the scheme.
