The report of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council has revealed that during the same period (1950 to 2015), the Hindu population of the country has declined by 7.8 percent, while the Muslim population has increased by 43.15 percent. All India Sant Committee has filed a petition in the Supreme Court on this issue and has demanded that a uniform population control law be implemented in the entire country. Swami Jitendranand Saraswati said in an interview that the population of Hindus in the country is decreasing rapidly, while the population of Muslims is increasing incalculably. Some political parties are increasing the Muslim population in the country by illegally bringing Bangladeshis and Rohingyas. The matter of concern is that if the population of other sections of a country increases compared to the original population, then that country gets divided into two.

Supreme Court said that Center can make law

Questioning the increasing population of Muslims across the country, Swamy asked the Supreme Court to direct the Central Government to bring a similar population control law for people of all religions and classes in the country. The Supreme Court said that making laws is the job of the central government. The court cannot give any order in this regard. But the central government has not yet brought any law on this issue. He said that he has a clear opinion that if the partition of the country is to be stopped then a uniform population control law should be implemented.

The central government refused in the year 2022

Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Bharti Pawar had said in the Rajya Sabha in July 2022 that the Central Government is not bringing any such law. There is no need for the country to bring population control law. When Swami ji’s attention went towards that, he said that I am not talking about politics.
