Islamabad: Is Pakistan on the verge of disintegration once again like in 1971? At that time East Pakistan was separated and Bangladesh was created. This question has arisen because former PM of Pakistan and current opposition leader Imran Khan has made a similar claim. He said, ‘Looking at the current situation in Pakistan, economic ruin can happen in the country any time. While warning the government and institutions, he said that for the stability of any country, it is necessary for its economy to be strong.

Talking to leaders of his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who went to meet the opposition leader in Adiala jail, he said, “I am worried about Pakistan and its people.” Today the country is in deep crisis. If this crisis continues, there is a possibility of it becoming a tragedy like the Dhaka tragedy of 1971.

PTI leaders Salman Akram Raja, Shoaib Shaheen and Intezaar Panjuthan said this. Along with this he also gave a message. Which goes like this: ‘You are not giving people their rights. As a result the economy does not develop. In 1970, the Army Chief wanted that no one should get power. But when Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s party got majority, the army cheated and conducted by-elections. In that by-election, Awami League snatched 80 seats from Awami League because it wanted to become the President. I believe we are back to that situation. At that time there was a London plan. Under which the country was divided. But now the government itself prepares the London Plan.

Meanwhile, it has been learned that Imran Khan has also indicated that he is ready for talks between him and the army. This is also necessary in the national interest. Therefore, speculations are being made that some deal has been made between him and the army. So that he can be released by next month.
