Dehradun, 07 May (HS). Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan said that the country has been witness to the intentions of the Congress regarding Shri Ram and his temple and now the public does not trust the arguments that the Congress is giving at the time of elections. .

Responding to the statement of former CM Harish Rawat, Chauhan said that when Prime Minister Modi warned about the intentions of the Congress, the process of giving clarification from the Congress also started. He said that everyone knows that the Congressmen, who created hurdles in the construction of the temple due to appeasement, were seen distancing themselves from the life and prestige of the Ram temple. Despite all the troubles, Congress boycotted Pran Pratistha and everyone knows what happened to the leaders who left later.

The top leadership of the Congress is unhappy with the construction of Ram Temple and this is the reason why all the Congress leaders were given strict instructions not to go to Ayodhya. Senior Congress leader and former CM himself went to Ayodhya a few days before the elections were declared, but his electoral intentions behind that were clear. There are many MLAs, MPs and senior leaders who separated from Congress for the same reason, because there was pressure on them regarding Ram Temple.

Manveer said that people have not forgotten Congress which raised questions on the existence of Ram by raising an army of lawyers in the court. Now, it is natural to be apprehensive about what decision the Congress will take in the future based on the Supreme Court’s decision, considering its intentions from the beginning till the end of life. Because Congress can go to any extent for appeasement.

He said that former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has declared that Muslims have the first right on the country’s resources, so the public’s concern is justified and BJP will accept it under any circumstances. Today Congress is arguing that it wanted the construction of Ram temple, but there is a need to remember how many obstacles have come in the way. The public does not have confidence in whatever arguments and assurances he gives to keep the Supreme Court’s decision intact in the future. The public is going to teach him a lesson again regarding his anti-Sanatan stance.
