Varanasi, 24 July (Hindustan). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath duly visited Kotwal Baba Kalbhairav ​​of Kashi and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple on the third Monday of Sawan. The Chief Minister, who came to the city on a one-day tour, held a meeting with the city government (mayor-councillors) at the Circuit House and made them realize the responsibility.

After the meeting, the Chief Minister reached the Kalbhairav ​​temple to offer prayers. After visiting Kalbhairav ​​Darbar, the Chief Minister paid obeisance in the court of Shri Kashi Vishwanath. The Chief Minister anointed Baba amidst Vedic chanting in the court. After worshiping the holy Jyotirlinga, the Chief Minister wished for the welfare of the world along with the country and the state.

After Darshan Pujan, the Chief Minister directed the officials not to allow any kind of trouble to the devotees in the temple premises during the month of Shravan. He said that better facilities should be provided to the devotees of Baba. He specially emphasized that in view of the extreme heat, arrangements for fans and coolers should be made along with drinking water in the temple premises. So that the devotees of Baba do not face any kind of trouble. City Southern MLA Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari, Satua Baba Santosh Das, Chief Executive Officer of the temple Sunil Verma etc. were also present in the court along with the Chief Minister.

After visiting temples, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Shri Kanchi Kamkoti Peethadhishwar Jagadguru Param Pujyashree Shri Shankar Vijayendra Saraswati Ji Maharaj at Kanchi Math and inquired about his well-being.
