Air India Express issued a statement saying, ‘A section of our senior cabin crew made a last minute call last night. Due to which many flights have been delayed or cancelled. We are talking to the crew members to understand the reasons behind these incidents. The team is working fast to ensure that the passengers face minimal trouble.
Let us tell you that the Civil Aviation Authority is investigating this matter. The airline says affected passengers will be given a full refund or have the option to reschedule their flights. Air India Express has advised passengers to check their flight status before leaving for the airport.
