Passengers are facing problems due to cancellation of a large number of flights. Keeping this in mind, the Civil Aviation Ministry on Wednesday sought a report from Air India Express on the entire matter and asked the airline to immediately resolve the issues with the employees.
The company is also offering alternative flight options
The airline said in a statement that we are giving the affected passengers the option to travel on alternative flights, including group airlines, so that they can reach their destinations as soon as possible. Along with this, passengers have been told that they can check the ‘flight status’ on the airline’s website. After the cancellation of airlines’ flights, the crowd of passengers reaching the airport increased significantly.
