Zila Parishad CEO Ashima Mittal Inspects Progress Of New Administrative Building, Directs Speedy Completion Of Work

Zila Parishad Chief Executive Officer Ashima Mittal on Friday inspected the work of the new administrative building of the Zila Parishad. During this inspection, Executive Engineer of the Building and Communication Department No. 1, Sandeep Sonawane, architects, and related construction contractors were present.

On the occasion of the inspection of the construction of the new building, Chief Executive Officer Ashima Mittal reviewed the progress of the building work and directed the immediate completion of the furniture work on the first three floors. She also directed the speeding up of the beautification work of the roads and premises outside the building. To make the new building eco-friendly, she guided the concerned officers to complete the building work as per the standards of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and register it with the IGBC.

Along with this, the sound system of the spacious auditorium in the new administrative building was also inspected. She directed that expert guidance be sought on what kind of structure and materials should be used to prevent sound reverberation in the hall. She also suggested taking measures to make the sound system in the hall more effective by using modern technology.

Chief Executive Officer Ashima Mittal is inspecting the construction of the new administrative building of the Zila Parishad every week and reviewing the work, thus special attention is being paid to the quality of the work as well as the schedule and timeliness of completion.
