Dubai: Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal was seen enjoying the high-stakes India vs New Zealand Champions Trophy 2025 final in Dubai alongside RJ Mahvash. Their appearance together at the stadium has sparked curiosity, particularly amid ongoing reports of Chahal’s divorce from choreographer Dhanashree Verma.
Chahal and Mahvash were spotted in the stands, cheering for Team India, and their photos quickly went viral on social media. Fans took to various platforms to share the images, leading to speculation about their bond.
In the now-viral pictures, Mahvash is seen wearing a white t-shirt and black sunglasses. On the other hand, Chahal accompanied her wearing a black jacket over a matching t-shirt.

Earlier today, Mahvash took to her Instagram story to give a glimpse of the match. “Lets go letssss goooooo,” she captioned her post.
Soon after reports of Dhanashree and Chahal’s divorce has surfaced in January 2025, RJ Mahvash was rumoured to be dating the cricketer. It all started after he was spotted with Mahvash at an undisclosed location and their picture went viral within no time.
However, she had slammed the ‘baseless’ reports and urged everyone to let people live in peace. Indirectly, she had also slammed the PR team of Dhanashree for ‘dragging’ her name in the controversy.
“Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It’s literally funny to see how baseless are these rumours. If you get SEEN with an opposite gender, so you are dating that person? I am sorry what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then?” Mahvash asked.
She added, “I have been patient since 2-3 days now but I won’t let any PR teams drag my name into this to cover up other people’s image. Let people live in peace with their friends and family in tough times.”
Amid Chahal and Dhanashree’s divorce reports, the cricketer’s Christmas lunch photos with Mahvash had also surfaced on social media. The said pictures were posted by Mahvash herself on her official Instagram account on December 25.
