Youth Trying To Take Selfie From Goods Train Roof Electrocuted

Chitrakoot (Satna): A youth who was taking selfies at the railway station came in contact with overhead electric wire and sustained severe burns on Monday. The youth, identified as Prince Choudhary, resident of Rawna Tola, was taken to the district hospital in a serious condition.

According to reports, the incident occurred when the youth tried to climb a stationary to take a selfie, but just as he went to the top of the train his hands touched the overhead wire.

The youth receives shocks and fell to the platform. Those who were present at the spot informed the GRP and RPF.  He was rushed to the district hospital where his condition was stated to be serious. This was the second incident of electrocution at the Satna railway station.

Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh): A woman and her husband were killed and five injured in a road accident when a three-wheeler carrying them collided head-on with a heavy vehicle at Barigarh near Chhatarpur city on Monday.

According to reports, the man died on the spot, and his wife was declared dead in the hospital. When the injured were being taken to the hospital, the ambulance ran out of fuel on the way, and they continued to suffer.

A resident of Badourakalan Brajesh Prajapati said when his cousin Ghansu Prajapati and his wife Sona were going to Jyoraha on a three-wheeler it collided with a Safari car.

Prajapati said his cousin had died on the spot. His wife, Sona, died on the way to hospital, because the ambulance carrying the injured ran out of petrol on the way.

As Sona was in a bad state she died before reaching the hospital. The bodies of Ghansu Prajapati and Sona were handed over to their families after the postmortem. The police are investigating case.
