  • Coriander leaf – 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves-10-12
  • Onion – 1 (medium) + 2 (large, fried)
  • Ginger-garlic paste-2 tablespoons
  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Green Cardamom-2-3
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
  • Fast leaves – 1
  • Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Hot water – 1/2 cup

 

 

Action

  • For this, first of all, finely chop 2 large onions and fry them until golden and crisp in oil.
