Bad eating habits and the stress of everyday life often appear on the face in the form of wrinkles and fine lines, making a person’s face appear older than their age. Usually people resort to expensive parlor treatments or creams to reduce sagging cheeks and these wrinkles, but the problem often persists. If you are also troubled by such skin problems, then yoga can be a natural solution for you.
Claw pose can rejuvenate your skin. This asana not only reduces facial fat but also enhances the beauty of the face by making the jaw line attractive. Let us know the correct way to do this asana.
How to do claw pose
- posture position: First of all sit in Padmasana posture.
- use of hands: Bending the first two fingers of both your hands, move them from the forehead to below the ear, giving light pressure. Repeat this process 5-6 times.
- attention to pressure: While doing asana, keep in mind that the more pressure you give on your jaw line, the better the result will be. But don’t hurt yourself or cause pain.
- pressure under the eyes: Again bend the first two fingers of both your hands and pull them from the back part of the middle finger from just below the eyes to near the ears while applying pressure on the skin with the fingers.
By doing this asana regularly, your skin will become tight and wrinkles will reduce, due to which you will be able to get healthy and glowing skin.
