Regarding the fourth anniversary of Delhi Kisan Movement, a meeting of United Kisan Morcha District Yamunanagar was held in the judicial complex Jagadhri under the chairmanship of Subhash Gurjar, District President of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Tikait). In which it was un.mously decided that on the call of United Kisan Morcha and Central Trade Union, on 26th November, farmers and laborers of Yamunanagar district will gather and demonstrate at Kanhaiya Saheb Chowk and celebrate it as Warning Day.

Jointly addressing the meeting, District President of Kisan Sabha Haryana, Jarnail Singh Sangwan and State President of All India Kisan Sabha (Ajay Bhawan) Gurbhajan Singh Majhail said that 26th November marks the important occasion of the fourth anniversary of this great struggle. . He said that our main demands are to declare minimum support price at C2 plus 50 percent with legally guaranteed procurement for all crops, repeal of four labor codes, ban on contractualization of labour, org.zed, unorg.zed, planning. A national minimum wage of Rs 26,000 per month and pension and social security benefits of Rs 10,000 per month should be implemented at the national level for all workers, including employees, contract laborers and those in the agricultural sector. Ensure all-inclusive loan waiver for farmers and farm laborers, credit facility at low interest rates for farmers and farm laborers to end indebtedness and suicides.
Addressing the meeting, farmer leader Dharampal Chauhan said that farmers alone are not responsible for the noise being made regarding pollution from stubble. The villages are also being badly affected due to the factories set up around the villages. For this, planning should be done. He warned that if the farmers are arrested, the United Kisan Morcha will strongly oppose it.
