The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday announced the schedule of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025. This tournament will run from 14 February to 15 March 2025. This time the first match of WPL will be played between Gujarat Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Vadodara.

All the matches of the Women’s Premier League 2025 will be held across four venues: Mumbai, Lucknow, Bengaluru and Vadodara. The league stage matches will be held from 14 February to 11 March. The maximum number of matches this season, i.e. 8, will be held in Bengaluru, while 6 matches will be held in Vadodara, 4 in Lucknow and 2 in Mumbai apart from the playoff.

Baroda will host the first leg of the tournament, marking the first time the men’s Indian Premier League or WPL will be held in the city. 6 matches will be played at the newly constructed venue, followed by 6 matches in Bengaluru and 4 in Lucknow. The last two matches of the league stage, the eliminator and the final, will be played at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai, with the final taking place on March 15.
