Bhojpur district of Bihar is shaken by a terrible incident , A case has come to light here where a person entered the house and raped his sister -in -law and the victim threw acid on the accused. The entire incident took place on Monday night in a village in Udwantnagar police station area. The accused is Mahendra Singh alias Mahendra Yadav, a resident of the same village. His face and eyes were burnt in the acid attack. He is undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital in police custody. On the other hand, the FSL team along with the police also reached the spot as soon as the information was received.
Woman raped after entering the house
The FSL team is investigating the case by collecting samples from the scene. In connection with the incident, it is being told that the victim’s husband works in a private company in Delhi. She lives in the village with her two children. She was sitting at home with her children on Monday night. Then the accused entered her house and raped the woman. After the incident, the angry victim threw acid in the bottle kept in the house on his face. Due to which the face of the accused was scorched.
The FSL team reached the spot and gathered evidence.
After this, the victim lodged an FIR against Mahendra Singh alias Mahendra Yadav at Udwantnagar police station. The police took immediate action and arrested the accused. The FSL team reached the spot and collected evidence from the scene. On the other hand, SHO Ram Kalyan Yadav said that a case has been registered for raping the woman by entering the house and raping her brother -in -law. The accused has been arrested. The victim’s medical examination has been done. The victim’s statement will be recorded in the court under Section 164.
