Mumbai – A case of gang -raping her by four people has come to light after making pornographic videos of a young woman living in Nalasopara. The accused were arrested on Friday after the victim girl filed a complaint in the case.
The victim is a 15-year-old girl and lives in Nalasopara. On January 17, a boy named Ayan, who lives near his house, took him to the house of a boy named Chand Pathan. Both of them raped her there. After this, Chand Pathan and Aamir Ansari made a pornographic video of him. He also threatened that if someone complained about the matter, he would make the pornographic video viral, which made the victim quite scared.
The next day, a 19 -year -old boy named Dil Salman Khan got a call. She blackmailed the girl saying that she had pornographic videos and called her in her house. After this, Salman also raped her and then took pornographic pictures of her. Finally, the woman could not tolerate all this and lodged a complaint with the Palehar police on Thursday with the help of her parents.
According to Amol Tanpur, Assistant Police Inspector of Pelhar police station, on the basis of this complaint, the Palehar police have registered a case under sections 65 (1), 70 (2), 74, 77, 79, 351 (2) of the Indian Penal Code. A case is registered under Section 4, 8, 12 of the Code as well as the Protection of Children (Poxo) Act. A case has also been registered under Section 67 (B) of the Information Technology Act.
The accused lives in the victim’s area and has been arrested. He was produced in Vasai court on Friday and has been sent to police custody by 4 February. Jitendra Vankoti, senior police inspector of Palehar Police Station, said that all the accused have been arrested after registering a complaint in this case. The incident is being investigated from all angles.
