Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar: A tragic incident has occurred on a crowded highway in Maharashtra’s Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, where a woman carrying a pot on her head was struck by a fast-moving car while she was trying to cross the road. The entire event was captured on a CCTV camera located near the highway.

At the beginning of the video, a woman in her middle age is shown walking along the roadside with a steel pot balanced on her head, treading carefully near the edge. As she gets ready to cross, there’s a clear opening in the barrier meant for pedestrians. She moves slowly and methodically toward the pedestrian crossing while clutching the pot, when abruptly, a white SUV comes speeding by, callously striking her just a few steps away from the crosswalk.
The pot that was on the woman’s head was smashed on the divider and exploding due to the impact. The woman is seen tumbling over the car’s hood three times after being thrown into the air as the vehicle continues to speed away and disappears from view. Several men on bikes behind are noticeable in their reactions to the incident. The tragic accident also resulted in significant damage to the front of the vehicle.
Further details about the incident are unknown, investigations are ongoing.
