What is needed to make laddus?
  • 500 grams peeled dates
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams flaxseed
  • 50 grams chia seeds
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 50 grams cashews
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 100 grams cow ghee
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon potato powder

Method of preparation
  • First of all we will take a pen. Mix all the seeds in it. – Now fry this seed mixture on low flame. After roasting on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes, turn off the gas and take it down.
  • – Now wait for this mixture to cool down. Till then wash the dates. – After scooping, crush it in the mixer.
  • – Now grind the seed mixture in a mixer.
  • – Now heat ghee in a pan. – Add date mixture in it and fry it on low flame.
  • – Now put crushed seeds inside the dates.
  • Add ginger and ginger powder and mix well.
  • – Now when the mixture is completely mixed, make small balls of it.
  • Rub this ball into the seed husk. Date ladle is ready
