Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Rajasthan Royals preview
SRH enters IPL 2025 with a strong batting lineup, retaining opening pair Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma, while players like Heinrich Klaasen and Ishan Kishan will add depth to the middle order.
Rajasthan Royals have made an intriguing choice by appointing Riyan Parag as their captain for the first three matches of IPL 2025. In IPL 2024, they won eight out of their first nine games and were well on track to finish in the top two.
However, a slump towards the end of the league stage, with four losses in their last five matches, forced them to take the long route to the final. They managed to defeat Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Eliminator, but ultimately fell short against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Qualifier 2.
Both teams are set for an exciting showdown as they look to make a statement in the opening match of the season.
