Gauahar Khan and Isha Malviya have collaborated for the first time ever on Lovely Lolla, a series produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey’s production house, Dreamiyata Dramaa. The show, which releases episodes on YouTube, follows the story of Lovely and Lolla, a mother-daughter duo with a complicated relationship. Lovely is a responsible daughter, while Lolla, a self-obsessed actress, abandons her daughter at an early age to pursue her acting dreams in Mumbai. However, things take a turn when she returns home after several years.
The current track of Lovely Lolla revolves around Lolla (Gauahar) finally reuniting with her childhood friend, Arjun (Nikhil Khurana), a deeply scarred man whom she had ditched at the railway station after he helped her escape to Mumbai. Now, Lovely works at Arjun’s company, Mantraz, and develops a major crush on him. However, complications arise as Lolla also develops feelings for Arjun, while he, in turn, has secretly loved her since their childhood. However, neither Lovely nor Lolla are aware that they are in love with the same man, and Arjun himself has no idea that Lovely and Lolla are mother and daughter.
In the new promo of Episode 19, Arjun hurts Lovely by reminding her of the age gap between them. Soon after, Lolla discovers Lovely’s feelings for Arjun as she enters the office. Moments later, her imaginary childhood self appears and says, “Wow, mere dimaag mein ek title aaya hai film ke liye—’Maa Bani Sautan,'” leaving Lolla shocked and upset.

Lovely Lolla marks Gauahar’s first collaboration with Ravi and Sargun, Isha had previously played a parallel lead role in the producer duo’s TV show Udaariyaan.
