Bigg Boss 18 contestants Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra, who developed a close bond inside the house, were rumoured to be engaged. Mishra even confessed to having feelings for Eisha during their time in the house; however, she friendzoned him. Despite ongoing dating rumours, the two continue to maintain that they are just ‘friends’. Reacting to the engagement rumours, Eisha pointed to her ring finger and said there was no ring on it, clearly denying the speculation.
She stated that she is not engaged, and even if she were, she wouldn’t hide it. Eisha told ETimes, “Avinash and I are very good friends. When we read the rumours we actually laugh it off. Maine bola engagement hogayi aur humein pata bhi nahi chala aur hum he invited nahi the. These are all rumours and are baseless. Just treat them as rumours and everyone should laugh it off.”
Further, when Avinash was asked if he still had feelings for Eisha or had moved on, he shared that his feelings remain exactly the same. He hasn’t changed a thing, nor is he going back on his words.
“We were good friends supporting each other back then in the house and we are still good friends,” added Mishra.
Earlier, Avinash was rumoured to be dating television actress Bhavika Sharma and his growing closeness with Eisha in the Bigg Boss 18 house sparked speculation about him cheating on Bhavika.
Reportedly, the rumours around Avinash and Bhavika started as the sets of the former’s TV show was close to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin sets. Despite these rumours and their pictures together, Avinash and Bhavika never confirmed their relationship.
