Mumbai – The court has ordered the petitioner on a petition seeking the investigation into the suicide case of Disha Salian, former manager of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the permission to take permission to detain. The court has sought an explanation as to why Aditya Thackeray is being detained for questioning. The court has also sought information about the intentions of the applicant. The court has given the petitioner two weeks time.
In this case, Aditya Thackeray also filed a mediation petition in the court, which was heard today. Rashid Khan had filed a petition to take Aditya into custody and interrogate him in the suicide of Salian and Sushant.
On 8 June 2020, the mobile location of Disha, Aditya Thackeray, Rahul Kanal, Sorag Pancholi, Sachin Waaz and Ekta Kapoor should be investigated as all these were together in the 100 meter radius that night. On 13 and 14 June 2020, the mobile location of Sushant Rajput, Riya Chakraborty, Aditya Thackeray, Arbaaz Khan, Sandeep Singh, Shubwik Chakraborty should all be investigated. The petitioner requested that the entire CCTV footage related to Aditya Thackeray be investigated in these two days.
What did Aditya and Riya Chakraborty talk on the phone 44 times during Sushant’s death? Such investigation is necessary. The petition states that the evidence of questioning Disha and Sushant’s death should be investigated.
BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has demanded a thorough investigation into allegations of sexual exploitation of a minor against Aditya Thackeray. This demand has been made by Rashid Khan Pathan, President of Supreme Court and High Court Clients Association.
Serious allegations have been made in the petition. The court asked the petitioner why they felt the need to accuse when several investigating agencies were investigating. The court has given two weeks time.
