New Delhi: You may find it a bit strange to eat peeled vegetables. But the peels of some vegetables are full of nutrition. If you cook this vegetable along with the peel, you will be benefited. Eating vegetables provides adequate nutrition to the body. And there is a lot of fiber in the peels of vegetables. Which helps in keeping our digestion good.

1. Potato-
Elements of iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium are present in potato peel. So digestion process increases. And your blood sugar also remains under control. If you cook it after peeling it, then you do not get enough nutrition.

2. Pumpkin (PUMPKIN)-
Never remove the peel of the vegetable while making pumpkin curry. After removing the peel of this vegetable, it contains Aryan, Vitamin-A, Potassium in abundance. Which is very important for the body.

3. Tomato
Tomatoes are used to add more vegetables. There is a lot of nutrition in its bark. That’s why one should never make the mistake of peeling a vegetable while cooking it.

4. Cucumber-
Peeling cucumber destroys up to 50 percent of its nutrition. Never remove the peel when you use it to make salad. So this will not affect its taste. And they will get their full nutrition.
