Plot
The film’s plot centres on Mark Scout, an employee at a biotech company called Lumon Industries. After the loss of his wife, Mark chooses to undergo a severance procedure, which creates two distinct personalities for each employee: one for work and another for their personal life. Those who undergo the procedure are referred to as “innies” when they are at work. Mark’s life seems to be going well until he begins experiencing flashes of memories of his wife. Everything changes when he uncovers a dark truth about the company.
