There are many question marks regarding the Champions Trophy. The date of the tournament may have been decided, but it is not yet decided whether Team India will go to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy or not. Jay Shah, who has taken over the responsibility of BCCI secretary, has become the President of ICC. In such a situation, it may be very difficult for him to resolve the issue of Champions Trophy.

We will do whatever the government says..!

Jay Shah will take over as ICCS chairman from December 1. It is not yet decided whether Team India will go to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy or not. However, meanwhile BCCI sources revealed that it is not in their hands. The government will take a decision in this matter. There has been no discussion regarding the Champions Trophy. Our stand is clear. We will do whatever the government says. I understand that this will be a tough task for the BCCI

It is difficult to org.ze a tournament without India

Sources further said, it will be difficult for the ICC to org.ze the tournament without India. We want the event to continue. It is good for cricket, but the trend is clear. We have already asked the ICC to ban India. We have asked to move the matches to neutral venues to host the tournament with Pakistan, if we do not get the green signal from the Indian government, we will not go to Pakistan.
