Western ring road project is moving rapidly in Madhya Pradesh, survey of 64 km long route completed

The pace of development of infrastructure in Madhya Pradesh is steadily increasing. Many big infrastructure projects are underway in the state, of which Western Ring Road There is an important plan. The objective of this project is to divert traffic in cities, promote industrial activities and improve regional connectivity.

Ring road will be 64 km long and 80 meters wide

The ring road, developed by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), will be 64 km long and 80 meters wide.

  • The project will start near the Shipra River from the Naterex region of NH-52.
  • The proposed scheme also includes three rail overbridges, two large bridges and 30 small bridges.
  • Overall, 600 hectares of land acquisition has been targeted, out of which 550 hectares are private land.

The scheme has been started in Indore district, where land survey work is in progress in various tehsils.

Survey completed in Hatod tehsil

The survey has been completed for 22 km long road in 12 villages of Hatod tehsil.

  • On Thursday, 6.5 km survey was conducted in Zidakheda, Panth Barodia, Karadia and Akasoda villages without any opposition.
  • Earlier there was protest in some villages, but peace remained on the last day.
  • After the completion of the survey, the list is being prepared by SDO Ravi Verma, objections will be taken after the announcement of the property and then the final compensation (award) will be declared.

Survey in Depalpur and Sanver Tehsils soon

Due to the complete focus in Hatod on Thursday, the survey could not be started in Depalpur and Saver.

  • Depalpur consists of 5 villages and 9 villages in Saver, where 24 km long road will be built.
  • The process of land acquisition in these areas will be completed after the survey by the Regional SDO.

1. Depalpur Tehsil

  • Distance: 18 km
  • Acquired Land: 145.9275 hectares
  • Village: Kishanpura, Betma Khurd, Mohana, Lalndipura, Roolai

2. Hatod Tehsil

  • Distance: 22 km
  • Acquired Land: 165.3972 hectares
  • Village: Badodia Panth, Kardia, Sikandari, Akasoda, Paladi, Mirzapur, Arnia, Mangalia Arnia, Ajnoti, Jambudi Sarwar, Zidkheda, Canal Kheda

3. Sanver Tehsil

  • Distance: 24 km
  • Acquired Land: 189.4392 hectares
  • Village: Baloda Takoon, Dhaturia, Kattakya, Solasinda, Jetpura, Mundla Hussain, Brahmin Piplia, Barlai Jagir, Pirakardia

Land acquisition in Dhar district too

In this project, not only Indore, but also Dhar district has participation.

  • Of Pithampur Tehsil Grocery And Bardari
  • Of Dhar Tehsil Akolia, Khandva And Kalyanasikhedi A total of 100 hectares of land will be acquired from the villages.
