For the convenience of passengers and to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Maha Kumbh Mela-2025, Western Railway has decided to run six one way Special Trains on Special Fare between Udhna – Prayagraj, Valsad – Prayagraj, Bhavnagar Terminus – Prayagraj and Sabarmati – Prayagraj.
According to Vineet Abhishek – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway,
Train No. 09005 Udhna – Prayagraj Special will depart from Udhna on Tuesday, 31st December, 2024 at 06.40 am and will reach Prayagraj at 10.10 am the next day.
Enroute this train will halt at Bharuch, Vadodara, Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Nagda, Ujjain, Shujalpur, Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Vidisha, Bina, Lalitpur, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Orai, Govindpuri and Fatehpur stations
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Similarly Train No. 09009 Valsad – Prayagraj Special will depart from Valsad on Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 at 08.40 am and will reach Prayagraj at 10.25 am, the next day.
Enroute this train will halt at Navsari, Bhestan, Nandurbar, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna and Manikpur stations.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Train No. 09227 Bhavnagar Terminus – Prayagraj Special will depart from Bhavnagar Terminus on Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 at 2.50 pm and reach Prayagraj at 11.30 pm, the next day.
Enroute this train will halt at Bhavnagar Para, Dhola, Botad, Surendranagar Gate, Chandlodiya, Kalol, Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Marwar, Beawar, Ajmer, Jaipur, Gandhinagar Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Agra Fort, Tundla, Etawah, Govindpuri and Fatehpur stations.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Train No. 09225 Bhavnagar Terminus – Prayagraj Special will depart from Bhavnagar Terminus on Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 at 8.20 pm and reach Prayagraj at 05.00 am, on Friday.
Enroute this train will halt at Bhavnagar Para, Dhola, Botad, Surendranagar Gate, Viramgam, Chandlodiya, Kalol, Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Marwar, Beawar, Ajmer, Jaipur, Gandhinagar Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Agra Fort, Tundla, Etawah, Govindpuri and Fatehpur stations.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Train No. 09229 Bhavnagar Terminus – Prayagraj Special will depart from Bhavnagar Terminus on Thursday, 2nd January, 2025 at 8.20 pm and reach Prayagraj at 05.00 am, on Saturday.
Enroute this train will halt at Bhavnagar Para, Dhola, Botad, Surendranagar Gate, Viramgam, Chandlodiya, Kalol, Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Marwar, Beawar, Ajmer, Jaipur, Gandhinagar Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Agra Fort, Tundla, Etawah, Govindpuri and Fatehpur stations.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
In addition to that Train No. 09489 Sabarmati – Prayagraj Special will depart from Sabarmati on Thursday, 2nd January, 2025 at 11.00 am and reach Prayagraj at 11.00 am the next day.
Enroute this train will halt at Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Marwar, Beawar, Ajmer, Jaipur, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Agra Fort, Tundla, Etawah, Govindpuri and Fatehpur stations.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
The Booking for Train No. 09005 will open from 30th December 2024 While Booking for Train Nos. 09009, 09227, 09225, 09229 & 09489 will open from 31st December 2024 at all PRS Counters and on IRCTC website.
