1. Sabudana Khichdi

1 cup greens, 1/2 cup peanuts, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp cumin, 3 to 4 whole dry red chilies, 4-5 curry leaves, 1 tsp white salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander leaf, 1 tsp lemon juice

First wash the greens. Soak it in water for one hour. Now take it out of the water. Now add roasted peanuts, salt and chili powder to the greens. Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Now add cumin, whole dry red chili and curry leaves to it. When the red chilies turn black, add the green mixture and fry on low heat for a few minutes. Now turn off the gas.

2. Zucchini Pasta

2 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 zucchini, 2 green chilies, 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, 2 stalks of green onions, 100 g spaghetti, 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

Take a pan, when it gets hot, add oil and turmeric to it. After this add chopped green chillies, onion and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Once cooked, add it to the zucchini mixture. Fry while stirring a little and serve when ready.

3. Oats Idli

– Satisfied

1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp baking soda, salt to taste, 1 tsp green chili, 1 tsp asafoetida, 2 tsp mustard, ½ cup semolina, ½ cup peas, 1 handful coriander, 1 tbsp curd, 1-2 carrots, ½ cup butter

Wash and chop all the vegetables. Now dry roast the oats, let them cool down and grind them into powder. After this, dry roast the semolina, let it cool and then mix it with roasted oats.

Now take a pan, add oil to it and then add mustard. After a few seconds, add chopped vegetables, peas, finely chopped green chilies and fry for a minute or two. Add oats mixture, followed by salt, asafoetida, coriander leaves, baking soda, curd and butter. Mix these ingredients well, cover it and leave it for a few minutes. Pour the batter into idli plates and serve hot.

4. Egg Lick

3 boiled eggs, 1 teaspoon tomato chili sauce, 3 teaspoon tamarind extract, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, 1 green chili, 1 chopped green onion.

Take a bowl and add tomato chili sauce, tamarind extract, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, finely chopped green chilies and salt. Cut the boiled egg into two pieces and spread the chutney over it. Sprinkle chopped spring onions and garam masala, then serve it for dinner.
